As a Mid-Level Grade 5 Professional, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking organization committed to excellence. In this role, you will execute tasks aligned with Grade 5 standards, collaborating effectively within a hybrid work environment to deliver consistent results and support the company's objectives.

Your main responsibilities:

• Execute tasks according to Grade 5 requirements with precision and professionalism
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a hybrid work environment
• Maintain standard office hours schedule to ensure operational continuity
• Support team initiatives and contribute to process improvements
• Adapt quickly to evolving project needs and workload

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience at a mid-level professional capacity
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
• Strong commitment to maintaining standard office hours
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

It is a strong plus if you have: Optional

• Experience working within European organizations or multicultural teams
• Additional certifications related to administrative or professional standards

Language Required for the role:

• Polish (good command)
• Communicative level in English
