Junior UniFlow Configuration Specialist

Lodz-based with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As a Junior Uniflow Configuration Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leader in the online banking sector. You will be involved in designing, optimizing, and configuring processes on the BPMS platform – UniFlow, as well as coding print outputs (XSLT, XML) in line with SDLC standards. Your role will require collaboration with a dynamic team to enhance operational efficiency and deliver top-notch banking solutions.

Your main responsibilities: Design, optimize, and configure processes on the BPMS platform – UniFlow

• Code print outputs using XSLT and XML
• Follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards
• Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze requirements
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to process configurations
• Participate in testing and validating process implementations
• Maintain and update documentation related to process configurations
• Support the implementation of best practices in process design and optimization
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Knowledge of at least one programming language
• Familiarity with BPMN and UML notations
• Practical knowledge of CSS and HTML
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Capacity for process optimization
• Creativity and commitment
• Effective communication skills and assertiveness
• Good proficiency in English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with Ferryt, Camunda, or similar BPMS platforms
• Practical knowledge of XML, XSLT, and SQL
• Understanding of UI/UX and Design Thinking
• Experience with SCRUM methodology
• Knowledge of SPLUNK and JIRA
• Familiarity with banking products (accounts, loans for individuals and businesses)
