Jira/Confluence Administrator – Data Centre Migration Specialist

As a Jira/Confluence Administrator, you will be working for our client, a leading provider of financial services, offering exchange, banking, and financial data solutions aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and innovation across the entire value chain. You will play a key role in supporting the migration and administration of Jira and Confluence Data Centre instances, ensuring smooth operations for large-scale environments and driving digital transformation within the financial industry.

Your main responsibilities:

• Administer Jira, Confluence, and Crowd on Data Centre (on-prem) for large-scale instances
• Perform migrations of Jira and Confluence instances from one environment to another
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Atlassian tools and related servers
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Jira and Confluence instances
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the integration and stability of Atlassian tools

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience working with Jira and Confluence Data Centre (on-prem)
• Experience managing Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, Crowd) for large instances (5k+ users)
• Advanced knowledge of Linux systems and related infrastructure management
• Hands-on experience with database management and virtual machine configurations
• Proven experience migrating instances of Jira and Confluence
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Experience in providing support to end-users of enterprise-level tools

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certification in Atlassian tools administration
• Experience with scripting and automation within Jira/Confluence

Language Required for the role:
Fluent English, both written and spoken
