As a Cloud Architect MS Azure/GCP, you will be working for our client, a leading tech-focused organization, taking on a pivotal role within the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE). Your responsibilities include architecting cloud services and applications, configuring the corporate GCP (Landing Zone) environment. The challenges you'll face involve planning the landing zone configuration, consulting with various teams on logical architecture, mapping business needs to cloud solutions, estimating and optimizing costs, supporting GCP migration projects, and contributing to knowledge transfer within the organization through workshops and presentations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and define the target configuration of the public cloud environment (Landing Zone) for migrated and newly created applications
• Consult with other teams on logical and corporate cloud configuration
• Map business needs to specific cloud solutions or PaaS offerings
• Estimate and optimize costs of public cloud services for specific solutions
• Support GCP migration projects
• Participate in knowledge transfer initiatives through workshops and presentations

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Excellent knowledge of GCP services and solutions, including Storage, Compute (Serverless), Networking, and DevOps
• Understanding of Cloud Native technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud services, their limitations, and the ability to design their usage to achieve technological or business goals
• Basic programming language skills, strong IT infrastructure knowledge, fundamentals of database services, and the ability to translate application requirements into cloud services
• Understanding of both logical (component/module division) and "physical" (servers, services) application architecture
• Knowledge of the cost models of various cloud services and the ability to analyze costs during the design process
• Ability to define technical standards for public cloud environments and recommend the use of new solutions based on trends and changes
• English language proficiency (at least B1 level) for effective collaboration, reading, and documentation creation
• Good Polish skills
