As a Claims Processing Analyst – Financial Compliance & Trade Support, you will be working for our client, a leading financial sector player specializing in securities and forex trade processing. Join a dynamic team dedicated to investigating failed trades, processing interest claims and penalties, and ensuring regulatory compliance across EMEA and NAM markets. Your efforts will streamline operations, strengthen risk management, and drive innovation in financial services.
Your main responsibilities:
- Process interest claims and penalties in strict adherence to established procedures and regulatory standards
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of failed trades to identify root causes and determine liable parties
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparts to gather information and resolve claims efficiently
- Analyze claim documentation, verify calculations, and assess liability for accuracy
- Maintain clear communication channels to ensure timely resolution, precise reporting, and high customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on ISITC and CSDR regulations relevant to interest claims and penalties
- Ensure compliance throughout the claims lifecycle, supporting team procedures and audit requirements
- Assist team leadership with operational tasks and propose improvements to mitigate operational risks
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in the financial sector, especially in securities and forex trade processing
- At least 1 year of experience in Middle Office, Trade Matching, Settlements, or Trade Processing
- Professional fluency in English and Polish
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Good organizational and time management capabilities
- Familiarity with ISITC and CSDR regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Additional certifications or knowledge in regulatory standards
- Experience working in international, multicultural teams
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent Polish and English
