Take ownership of building a “one-stop-shop” reporting solution for People Analytics!
Wroclaw-based opportunity with the possibility to work remotely!
As a BI/DWH Developer you will work on the database for HR Data Solutions and reporting area that has recently introduced a new Data Hub solution with Data marts capability in order to make an HR Data-Driven transformation. The project combines the latest Big Data (Cloudera), APIs, BI, DWH, ETL technologies.
You’re ideal for the role if you have:

- 3+ years of project experience with at least one of the following reporting platforms is a must: OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, MS Reporting Services, Tableau, Power BI
- SQL Server skills (TSQL) or Oracle (PLSQL) skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of software development cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and a team player with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Your main responsibilities:
- Working as the developer in a self-organizing Scrum team
- Implementation of data sourcing and transformation code, data modelling and report development
- Management of the deployment, maintenance, and user support of the reporting/data access tool(s)
- Technical documentation of all delivered artifacts
- Other duties as assigned
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Project experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition
- Big Data technologies experience
- Java or JavaScript skills
- Experience with Java programming
