As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be working on leading the automation processes for innovative IT solutions for our Client in the banking sector. You will be a part of a newly created team that sets up trends and new standards for the development of more than 100 corporate banking systems of a first fully online bank in Poland. As a result, you will be associated with the development of one of the strongest and fastest growing financial brands in Poland.

Your main responsibilities: Designing, creating, and maintaining automated software tests

• Developing tools and processes to support test automation
• Assisting in the installation and configuration of test automation tools
• Managing, creating, and maintaining automation scripts
• Analyzing business requirements with stakeholders and selecting regression test scenarios
• Reviewing the quality of automation scripts and test documentation provided by team members
• Maintaining documentation repositories and test artifacts
• Monitoring and optimizing the test automation process
• Creating and managing test environments
• Preparing test data and creating mocks
• Collaborating with developers, automation engineers, and business stakeholders

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing and test automation
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular 12+
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Familiarity with selected tools (e.g., Selenium, SpecFlow, TeamCity, IDEs, JMeter, GIT, Bitbucket, etc.)
• Understanding of user requirement analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of system design methodologies
• Familiarity with software manual testing processes
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team and with business stakeholders
