Responsibilities:
- Conducting IT projects, managing project teams, working in the Agile Scrum environment,
- Analyzing customer needs, identifying specific business requirements and proposing appropriate IT services and solutions,
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients,
- Conducting meetings and phone calls with clients,
- Negotiating and establishing terms of cooperation, preparing contracts and coordinating the process of their implementation,
- Creation of requirements specification and other design documentation,
- Preparation and presentation of commercial offers in Polish and English.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position,
- Practical ability to run IT projects in teams of 5 to 12 people,
- Ability to analyze customer needs and requirements,
- Experience in cooperation with a foreign client,
- Ability to establish and build relationships,
- High personal culture, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
- Good organization of work, independence and professionalism in action,
- Excellent, practical knowledge of spoken and written English (minimum C1).
Additional skills:
- Good knowledge of new technologies, mobile and internet solutions,
- Good knowledge of mobile technologies - Android and iOS.
