We are looking for a talented SCRUM master to support our engineering efforts focused on simplifying work and addressing the gaps of our scientists and lab staff involved in:
We are looking for a talented SCRUM master to support our engineering efforts focused on simplifying work and addressing the gaps of our scientists and lab staff involved in:
- animals involved in lab experiments
- cell lines engineering
Our end users and solution owners are based in California, USA. There will be two small development teams (4-7 people) that would benefit from your experience. As of now we run our systems on-prem, moving towards cloud native approach.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and facilitating Scrum in 2 teams - video calls are the main communication channels.
- Coaching team members and product owners. Evangelising and increasing agile understanding and mindset.
Ideal profile
- Facilitating Scrum for at least two years. Certified in agile. (Nice to have, certified agile coach)
- Fluent English
- Experienced in organising work in a globally distributed environment
- Some of your talents are: communication, activation, negotiation, arranging
- Comfortable with Atlassian and Google Suite toolset
