This role is accountable for contributing within a product team for the technical solution design,
implementation & continuous improvement of R&D Tech systems in alignment with agile and
DevOps principles, working closely with a Manager or Director of Engineering, Architect, Facilitator
and Product Owner or Product Director.

Basic Qualifications:
• Deep expertise in at least one tier of the modern application development stack, and
broader understanding of the others (e.g. Server provisioning and config, containerisation,
database & caching, ETL and data streaming, back-end services, APIs or UI/UX design &
development or mobile & app development)
• Computer Science or related bachelor's degree required although relevant experience is
equally valued
• Experience with relevant technology platforms and frameworks [e.g. Docker, Kubernetes]
including cloud technologies
• Experience with data structures (i.e. information management), data models or relational
database design
• Experience with agile and DevOps development methods
• Experience in the areas of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Application Integration,
Business Process Management, B2B solutions, and Data Quality

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with 2 OP languages (e.g. Java, Python, Go, Scala, C# or others)
• User experience development using modern frameworks for different personas (e.g.
Bootstrap, Material, Blaze, Vue, ASP.Net MVC Razor, etc.)
