Experience in one or more of the following areas: Identity Management, Access Management, Role-Based Access Control, User Access Certification and Federation
Certification on an IAM product implementation (preferably: Okta or SailPoint)
Experience in administration, installation and troubleshooting of IAM solution in an enterprise environment
Experience in maintaining an access management/SSO system in a large, complex organization
Experience in standard operating procedures to perform IAM pre and post-production support activities
Good knowledge of best practices in IAM systems design and maintenance
Production support experience in incident management, problem management and change management
Experience with role mining, role-based access control and access certification with SailPoint
Proven knowledge of security-related configuration (PKI, SSL certificates, authentication protocols)
Working understanding of IAM standards and protocols: SAMLv2, OpenID Connect, OAuth2
Experience with IAM products, preferred: Okta API Products, SailPoint IIQ/IDN, Ping Federate, Saviynt
Knowledge of SCIM standard and it implementations
Technical skills
Experience in connecting and working with REST APIs
Knowledge of integration methodologies and framework (preferred; Mulesoft AnyPoint)
Proficient in at least one of mainstream programming languages (Java, C#, Python etc)
Proven experience in technical delivery and coordination of remote teams in agile projects (Scrum, SAFe)
