IAM-related skills
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Identity Management, Access Management, Role-Based Access Control, User Access Certification and Federation
- Certification on an IAM product implementation (preferably: Okta or SailPoint)
- Experience in administration, installation and troubleshooting of IAM solution in an enterprise environment
- Experience in maintaining an access management/SSO system in a large, complex organization
- Experience in standard operating procedures to perform IAM pre and post-production support activities
- Good knowledge of best practices in IAM systems design and maintenance
- Production support experience in incident management, problem management and change management
- Experience with role mining, role-based access control and access certification with SailPoint
- Proven knowledge of security-related configuration (PKI, SSL certificates, authentication protocols)
- Working understanding of IAM standards and protocols: SAMLv2, OpenID Connect, OAuth2
- Experience with IAM products, preferred: Okta API Products, SailPoint IIQ/IDN, Ping Federate, Saviynt
- Knowledge of SCIM standard and it implementations
Technical skills
- Experience in connecting and working with REST APIs
- Knowledge of integration methodologies and framework (preferred; Mulesoft AnyPoint)
- Proficient in at least one of mainstream programming languages (Java, C#, Python etc)
- Proven experience in technical delivery and coordination of remote teams in agile projects (Scrum, SAFe)
- Fluent English (speaking, writing)
