Job description
Mission & Context:
For maintenance:
For maintenance:
- Monitor the daily data loads and perform other loads
- Correct issues found, brings small improvements to the application
- Support to users and downstream applications.
- Development of bug fixes/corrections.
- Technical improvements to the application.
- Help improving technical documentation New developments (Change Requests)
For Projects:
- Develop according to the business requirements received from the Business Analyst
- Test the components created and log the results using appropriate support
- Correct the issues raised during User Acceptance Test phases
- Prepare the promotions to the different environments
- Ensure the stabilization phase after the release of developments
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence and data modeling
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data warehouse creation, development and / or maintenance.
- Solid, commercial knowledge of relational databases and Business Intelligence subject
- Experience in Oracle and Unix is a must.
- Very good knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter and SAP Business Objects/BI4 (SAP BO)
- Knowledge of Netezza is an asset, but not a necessity
- Nice to have Qlikview skills
- Ability to run complex queries based on requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills
- Excellent team-work and customer focus
- Good communication skills in English (B2 is a must)
