Job description
We are looking for Java/Scala&Big Data Developer for banking industry in Wroclaw. Salary range offered on that position is 110-125 PLN per hour on B2B. Contract of employment is also possible :)

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience with Big Data, at least 6 years as a developer
- Advanced programming in Java and/or Scala
- Strong Spark experience
- Practical knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting
- Good knowledge of Big Data querying tools, such as Hive, Impala
- Experience with NoSQL databases, such as HBase, Cassandra
- Fluent English
Key Responsibilities:
- The role offers a hands-on engineering position responsible for development of high-performance Big Data solutions in the Finance space. The key responsibilities are:
- Developing Big Data solutions in Product Control and wider CFO IT
- Preparing tech design in assigned projects
- Cooperating with local Data Scientists and Business Analysts on implementation of solutions in our Big Data stack
- Cooperating with other Big Data Developers globally
