We are currently looking for specialists for three separate positions of Application Support for automotive industry in Wroclaw. Salary range offered on that position is between 60-85 zł/h on B2B depending on the seniority, contract of employment is also possible. Short description of the offer below :)
JUNIOR
Support users by explaining system capabilities, handling questions and solving incidents. Identify actual and potential software problems and provide analysis to the maintenance team, respecting commitments according to the support part of the Assignment Agreements.
Application Support for LDA.
Experience with SQL, MQ, XML is a must. Candidate also Good English skills - frequent contact with customers
MIDDLE
Perform application root cause analysis and problem investigation. Propose changes and improvement activities that make the application more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance cost. Document knowledge in order to improve efficiency.
Application support for the solution within Sales&Oredr Tools portfolio.
Experience from application support, 2nd and/or 3rd line, at least 3 years. ITIL practician.
SENIOR
Participate in project phases including: testing, preparing for the support phase, roll-out, etc. Coach users in how to use the system in their jobs (build business methods for users). Help the delivery organization to report to the business about the support Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
