<li>Maintenance and support of existing application: monitoring the support mailbox,  working with databases,</li>
<li>Ensuring support tickets are captured fully and correctly</li>
<li>Liaising with customers to gather and share information on support issues</li>
<li>Managing the queue of support issues according to SLAs, priorities, and criticality</li>
<li>Directing support issues to the appropriate resolver groups for resolution, and resolving support issues yourself, where possible</li>
<li>Working on best practices, appointed solutions</li>
<li>Supporting Application Developers in the delivery</li>

<li>Good SQL knowledge</li>
<li>Basics of:  C#, .net/MVC, Jquery/JSON, Azure, Angular </li>
<li>Positive attitude </li>
<li>Good knowledge of English </li>
