About the project:

As a Data Scientist, you'll team up with our Engineering, Product, and Implementation groups to craft cutting-edge machine learning solutions for our business-to-business (B2B) software as a service (SaaS) applications.

Main tasks:

• Tackle business problems: Use your analytical skills to break down complex issues and find practical solutions;
• Help shape our future: Contribute to our data science strategy and enhance our product intelligence;
• Work together: Join forces with product and engineering teams to set strategies, pick important metrics, and create early versions of product features;
• Prototype and build: Quickly try out new ideas and develop them into dependable, scalable solutions, especially for handling big data in retail and CPG;
• Innovate: Use existing algorithms or develop your own to solve data challenges;
• Guide and mentor: Help turn concepts into code for our products and support other data scientists on the team.

What you already have:

• Experience: 3 years in Data Science, showing that you can turn ideas into value;
• Programming skills: Good at Python and SQL, with a focus on writing clean, efficient code;
• Data science knowledge: Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning, and other key areas. Specializing in certain techniques is a bonus;
• Collaboration: Experience working with engineering teams and other departments to create data-driven products. Familiar with tools like Git, AWS, Bash, Airflow, and Pyspark;
• Education: A degree in computer science, engineering, operations research, or related field.
