REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant domain of study
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner within a software development team
- Proven capability of producing quality software functional requirements and effective development team communications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Visio
- Experience with requirements management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira or similar)
- Proven analytical abilities
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interacting with customers to document their business processes, patterns of usage of software tools and identifying opportunities for added-value automation
- Assisting product managers in interaction with customers to understand their proper challenges and needs, assuring the software features in the roadmap are relevant and valuable to customers
- Refining high-level roadmap items into detailed feature specifications
- Breaking down features into stories in a format which is clear, unambiguous and well understandable to software development team
- Defining concise acceptance criteria
- Running effective refinement sessions to ensure the technical team understands well the scope of delivery for each story
- Assisting the technical team as reliable source of truth for the product
- Check and sign off developed software features, assuring quality gates are applied per the Definition of Done
