Responsibilities:
- Preparing notes from the meetings
- Preparing presentations for projects' Steering Committees
- Consolidating data from PMs
- Maintaining issue logs
- Organizing meetings
- Maintaining the budgets
Requirements:
- Knowledge about project management and related methodologies
- Experience in project management/coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with management at different levels of seniority
- Communicative English (B2)
- High work ethic and attention to detail
