RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will contribute in continuous service improvement initiatives in line with digital transformation projects for IT service operations
- You will wear your second hat of Systems Admin and identify potential wins in automating manual system admin routines and tasks
- You will also be involved in supporting systems and manage equipment/software by performing required configuration, installation, maintenance tasks for large and complex infrastructure
- You will create Dashboards for Capacity Management and automated Infrastructure checks
- You will participate in maintaining relevant technical documentation and devise operating procedures and train people on DevOps tools
