Your responsibilities will include:
We are working on the implementation of machine learning methods in our online resume builder and job advertisements. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating algorithms that will help candidates all over the world find their dream jobs. Our career websites are visited by over 4 million people per month. Your day-to-day activities will include using large data sets and designing and implementing solutions to help match employers and candidates.
Must-haves:
- Higher technical education (IT, mathematics).
- Preferred at least 2 years of experience in creating and implementing ML / AI systems.
- Scripting skills (Python or R).
- Knowledge of NLP and recommendation systems.
- Willingness to constantly expand competencies and search for solutions.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in SaaS solutions.
