Senior Software Engineer

The tasks of the position include:

• Maintaining continuous performance and availability of services (today, on some services, we're reaching about 300 RPS with an increasing trend)
• Effective services monitoring and alerting
• Understanding needs from the perspective of service customers (internal and external)
• Ensuring the security of the services provided
• Creating optimal solution architecture
• High sense of responsibility for the delivered processes/services
• Work effectively in a multi-functional and autonomous environment
• Conscious management of infrastructure costs (Cloud costs)

Our requirements are:

• At least 5 years of experience as software developer (experience with Java 11+ and Spring Boot recommended)
• Knowledge of common tools, technologies and patterns used in the software development and maintenance processes (Jira, gitlab, sonarqube, microservices, k8s , Grafana, etc.)
• Experience with asynchronous data flows
• Searching for market trends and applying them in everyday work
• Ability to have constructive team discussions
• Communication in English on level min.B2
• Fluent communication in Polish
