Case Manager Technical Leader

This is why we are looking for professionals who will help us to develop and adapt our IBM Business Automation System, responsible for purchase invoice flow

Your responsibilities:

• Delivering development of IBM Business Automation platform in CMMN notation,
• Maintaining the operational level in a high SLA and security regime
• Collecting requirements from key clients and recommending solutions
• Implementation by in-house team working in Agile metodology,
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends
• Cooperation with other teams on design / technical standards within individual technological expert teams (space teams)
• Developing, promoting technical strategy of Purchase processes in the organization.
• Documenting a solution

Our requirements:

• Developer’s experience with IBM Business Automation platform or similar solution.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Leader
• Knowledge of business process modeling language like CMMN, BPMN, BPEL
• Knowledge of programing technology Java (11, 17) and frameworks/tools such as Spring, Spring Boot, Maven, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Problem solver, not a problem finder.
• Good communicator with excellent proficiency in oral and written English
• An open-minded and self-organized person with a „Can do” attitude.
• Analytical mind with the ability to interpret technical solutions.
• A person which has a technical background and also can talk to business folks.
• Understand the advantages and disadvantages of cloud and on-prem architecture and their integration

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of integration technique like SOAP, Restful, microservice architecture, ETL processing,
• Experience in front-end technologies.: React,
• Apache Kafka
• Apache Nifi
