We are looking for a passionate, positive-thinking team player, zealous to work on physical and digital projects from around the earth as a Mid/Senior UX Researcher.
As a Mid/Senior UX Researcher at intent you will:
- Work with international clients to build a world-class user experience for innovative products (a good UX and design really are one of our main focuses).
- Work with both startups and well-established companies on different IT projects including IoT, med-tech, and more.
- Gather business requirements, plan and co-facilitate workshops.
- Plan and conduct user research (including comprehensive desk research, user interviews etc.) and analyze insights.
- Plan and execute usability testing sessions.
- Closely collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Plan and estimate discovery activities for new projects.

- Salary: 10 - 16K on a B2B contract or 8 - 13K on a permanent one (depending on your experience).

What we expect:
- 2+ years of commercial experience in UX research.
- Flawless English skills (both written and spoken).
- Experience in various research methods and ability to plan the research (in cooperation with the UX team).
- Experience in various workshop methods and practical knowledge of Miro, Mural or FigJam.
- Ability to collect and interpret data from analytical tools, such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
- Practical knowledge of (any) prototyping tools (we use Figma) is nice to have.
- Ability to closely collaborate with developers and designers, and work in a fast-changing, agile environment.
- Proactiveness with a strong activity towards continuous development and improvement of your skills.
- An ability to think about the big picture and innovations.
