Position Overview

We’re hiring a QA Lead to elevate and own our quality assurance strategy across multiple product teams. This role will lead a team of QA engineers in ensuring the reliability, performance, and integrity of our web-based manufacturing solutions.

You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define scalable testing practices, introduce and evolve automation frameworks, and integrate quality seamlessly into our agile development lifecycle. You’re not just testing code—you’re building confidence in our software and culture of quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA process across multiple teams and applications
• Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies
• Mentor and manage a small team of QA engineers, supporting their growth and enabling high performance
• Drive the adoption of automation frameworks and tooling (e.g., Playwright, Selenium)
• Collaborate with product and development teams to define acceptance criteria, test plans, and release readiness
• Ensure testing best practices are followed and continuously evolved through documentation, training, and process review

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 1 year in a QA leadership role
• Proven track record of implementing scalable, effective testing strategies for web applications
• Experience with Selenium and familiarity with Playwright or similar modern automation tools
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and defect tracking processes
• Clear, concise communication skills and a mindset focused on quality, risk reduction, and continuous improvement

Nice to Have

• Experience testing applications in manufacturing, industrial, or real-time data environments
• Familiarity with REST and GraphQL API testing
• Exposure to load testing or performance benchmarking frameworks
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Background in mentoring QA engineers or establishing a formal QA process from the ground up
