At Intel, our interns have the opportunity touch the entire software ecosystem! As part of one of the most influential software companies in the world, you'll be at forefront of everything from enhanced usability and security, to integrated software and hardware solutions, to seamless connectivity.
We’re working from home at the minute due to the COVID-19 pandemic but don’t worry – we’ll ensure you’ll still feel like a part of the Intel family! We will provide you with all necessary equipment in advance of your first day and prepare you well through our virtual training program, the support of your personal buddy and everything you need to get started. Once the COVID -19 situation is more stable, there might be an expectation that you'll be working from our Gdansk office.
Qualifications
So who are we looking for?
At Intel, our internships are usually around 12-24 months long, and you’ll be with us part-time alongside your university degree to support your educational and professional development at the same time. We ask that all applicants are current university students and will remain students during the length of our internship.
We welcome applications from candidates with:
- Good C/C++ or Python programming skills
- Experience with using Windows and Linux operating systems beyond those of a general user
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (B2/C1)
- Analytical thinking
It would be an advantage if you had interest/knowledge and would like to develop your skills in:
- 3D Graphics API standards: OpenCL, CUDA, Direct3D, Vulkan, OpenGL/ES
- Modern 3D rendering techniques and GPU architecture
- Computer graphics theory and standards, game development and other related fields
