Automatic Speech Recognition and Natural Language Understanding

Chipset and IP Technologies Group is building state-of-the-art embedded IP solutions across Intel platforms. Recruiting team works on Speech Recognition and Natural Language Understanding technologies, powered by Neural Networks and Machine Learning.
Tasks/Scope:
- Building/expanding the ASR and NLU test tools for demo and measurements purposes.
- Improving usability of ASR/NLU-related products, including working with other complementary technologies like GUIs and Text-to-Speech.
- Investigating new approaches in using Neural Networks for speech recognition purposes.
Qualifications:
- Programming skills: Python, C, C++ (Linux systems).
- Spoken and written English communication skills allowing to work with distributed team.
- Nice to have:
- NN-related frameworks knowledge: MXNet, TensorFlow, Keras, Kaldi or PyTorch.
- Background in linguistics (English) will be a great advantage.
