Flex is an internal Software Engineering solutions organization that is helping Intel's different product teams to move faster with burst capacity and complementary needs. Thanks to Flex engineer’s other business units can meet expectation with hard deadline or missing skillset.

Our team is looking for a Software Validation Intern to become part of Automotive Engineering Group. It’s a starting project, much more are in our scope. Flex Software engineers are getting multiply occasions to learn new technology, new programming language and to increase people network connections. There is no place to be boring with still the same project!

As a Software Validation Intern you will learn and be involved in:

  • new technologies (Graphics, Deep Learning/ML/AI, Firmware, Cloud, Edge, etc.),
  • variations of different programming languages
  • increasing people network connections (you can work across geographies, cultures and organizations)

Who are we looking for?

At Intel, our internships are usually around 24 months long, and you’ll be with us part-time alongside your university degree to support your educational and professional development at the same time. We ask that all applicants are current university students and will remain students during the length of our internship.

The location of the team and company is in Gdansk so all applicants must be aware that their internship may take the form of hybrid work in the future and they must be able to relocate and work from the office.

Qualifications

No professional experience is required, although fair C# skills is needed to be successful at this role.

  • English at least at B2 level

An opportunity to learn/nice to have:


  • Programming skills in C/C++
  • Knowledge of Linux operating system
