Solution Architect – Data & AI (Azure)

We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect (Azure AI) to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of Inspeerity & DevelopX's group ambition ambition to build world-class AI capabilities. You will partner with our sales team to shape and win deals — defining compelling value propositions, identifying high-impact AI use cases, and contributing to a group-wide AI go-to-market strategy. As both a technical leader and hands-on contributor, you will guide client projects from concept to delivery while serving as a thought leader who sets the long-term vision for our AI practice.

This is a strategic role that calls for creative thinking, exceptional consulting skills, and a genuine appetite to shape the company's future direction.

Our primary expertise is systems architecture and full stack development – from defining project requirements, to designing, building, and deploying software applications for web, backend, enterprise and mobile. What you’ll be doing: 

• Actively participate in presales activities and collaboration with clients in the areas of discovery, design, PoC, and defining project vision.

• Providing end-to-end solution architecture design based on Azure, .NET, and AI/GenAI components, primarily using Azure AI Foundry.

• Building and leading AI workflow processes (Semantic Kernel, agent-based approaches, prompt and model orchestration).

• Defining data architecture (Azure Data Services) in the context of AI-driven projects.

• Creating architectural guidelines, documentation, and overseeing implementation.

• Providing technical consulting for both development teams and business stakeholders.

• Selecting Azure services and components to meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.

• Co-creating and maintaining use cases for selected industries.

You will be the best fit if you have: 

Solution Architecture

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing cloud/software solutions.

• Ability to design scalable architectures.

• Ability to create architectural documentation (C4, EventStorming, ADR).

AI / GenAI

• Strong understanding of AI workflows (RAG, chaining, orchestration).

• Experience with AI agents – building, combining, and controlling agents (including multi-agent architectures).

• Semantic Kernel – hands-on experience with plugins, planning, and orchestration.

• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and OpenAI API.

• Practical experience with vector databases (e.g. Azure AI Search).

• Knowledge of Qdrant (vector database).

C# / .NET

• Strong hands-on experience – backend architecture, API design, and asynchronous programming.

• Building extensions, plugins, and services supporting AI workflows.

• Experience with cloud-native .NET projects.

Azure

• Strong experience with key Azure services used in AI projects (Azure AI Foundry, Azure App Services / Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor/Insights, Azure.Containers, Azure Kubernetes Service – nice to have).

• Understanding of security architecture (Identity, Managed Identities, Entra ID).

• Experience in preparing and analyzing TCO for AI solutions (Azure cost estimation).

 Additional Skills

• Ability to conduct client conversations, gather requirements, and present solutions.

• Knowledge of integration patterns, API management, and data architecture (nice to have).

• English level C1.

• Strong analytical and business thinking skills.
