About project:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Engineer with ML to join the team with around 5 years of experience in creating solutions that enable customers to overcome financial distress.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering AI solutions on Databricks: 
• Testing and validating ML model workflows (mainly llama index; others too) 
• Deploying AI and ML use cases 
• Implementing automated processes for tasks such as document checking/summaries, meeting preparation etc.  
• Employee skill development and taking care of documentation.
• Performance tracking and analysis.

You will be the best fit if you have:

• Strong Python development skills (PySpark for data engineering, ML packages, PyTorch etc.).
• Focus on Package development and working with LLMs (more fine tuning, not training models from scratch).
• Fundamental Databricks knowledge - familiarity with MLFlow and other functionalities.  
• Gen AI expertise - preferably experience in development of Gen AI solutions. 
• Solution architecture knowledge. 
• Stakeholder engagement.  
• Problem-solving skills. 
• Compliance and regulatory awareness. 
• Knowledge in banking. 
• Possibility to travel to the customer twice a month.
