Job Description

We're looking for an Internal Application Administrator to strengthen our System Engineering Team!

Responsibilites:

• Administering and configuring Atlassian Jira and Confluence platforms.
• Cooperation with project teams in the field of process optimization.
• Create and manage workflow diagrams, custom fields, screens, filters and other Jira components.
• Monitoring system performance and proposing solutions to potential problems.
• Create and customize templates in Jira Service Desk for the team's needs.
• User support in using Atlassian tools, training and troubleshooting.
• Supporting the team in maintaining internal applications (HR, financial applications).

Qualifications:

• Experience in administering Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Jira integration with other tools.
• Knowledge of Linux terminal commands and operation
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Very good command of English & Polish 
• Commitment and showing initiative
• Knowledge of IT service management (e.g. ITIL)
• experience in application administration
• experience in contacts with the end user
