Job Description

As a Global Asset Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing IT assets across international markets, ensuring efficient inventory control, and providing top-notch IT equipment service. Your expertise in IT systems, coupled with your ability to work collaboratively across teams, will be vital in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. Your adaptability and proficiency in various IT asset management tools will drive the success of our diverse and dynamic operations.

• Implementation of requests in the JIRA system related to issuing, exchanging, accepting returns, and servicing IT equipment and computer accessories.
• Management of IT assets (computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and computer accessories) on a global scale in international markets.
• Replenishing IT equipment inventory by periodically ordering and accepting it into inventory.
• Issuing, according to the accepted standard, IT equipment to new and current (periodic exchanges) company employees.
• Periodic inventory of IT equipment and disposal of IT equipment.

Qualifications

• Higher education is preferred, not required.
• English level min. B2 - a necessary condition.
• Experience in a similar position is nice to have.
• Good knowledge of the technical specifications of computer equipment and parameters of individual components such as CPU, GPU, and HDD to define workstation standards.
• Ability to work in a team and with members of other departments in the company. 
• Knowledge of IT asset management and tracking tools, including GLPI, and Endpoint Central, is welcome.
• Knowledge of any warehouse or IT equipment inventory system.
• Systematic approach, care for the order of the workplace and IT warehouse.
