InPost Group is seeking an experienced, enterprise technology leader to own the strategy, operations, and growth of our Enterprise IT domain. This role is crucial to the group’s effective global expansion and efficient collaboration across our office and supply chain field locations across 8 countries in Europe. The mission will cover a broad global scope from office and network design and governance, employee helpdesk to enterprise software management to license management for our both brands InPost and Mondial Relay.

InPost Group is Europe’s leading out of home delivery partner, making deliveries secure and convenient for millions of customers every day in more than 8 countries including PL, UK, IT and FR. It operates under 2 brands InPost and Mondial Relay. We provide a cost-effective and greener solution for merchants which give customers more convenience. In the heart of our business are the Automated Parcel Machines (aka Parcel Lockers) which we have been designing and producing in-house for years. At the InPost group we believe that creating and sharing value with our stakeholders is about more than just financial returns. Thanks to the Parcel Locker delivery model, our growth contributes to the reduction of the carbon footprint compared to traditional courier deliveries by up to 75% and we pursue an aspiring ESG program to increase our impact for a more sustainable world. We will be delivering more than 600m parcels utilising more than 25K lockers this year; our network and parcel volumes grow consistently yoy in every market we serve.
