(Senior) Software Engineer - InPost Fresh

Job Description

We are a team that builds the best FMCG e-commerce in Poland. We already have over 250,000 products in our offer, we work with over 200 sellers, and our mobile application has already been downloaded by almost 1.5 million users in Poland. Due to the fact that our product consists of many elements that must work together efficiently and be managed effectively, we are looking for a (Senior)Software Engineer to join our team who will work on creating the backend for the InPost Fresh mobile application.

Your mission 

• Design and write code for new functionalities. 
• Take initiative in proposing technical solutions. 
• Ensure state of the art conception and implementation in respect to the global architecture of the platform. 
• Develop features and associated unit & integration tests. 
• Ensure that delivered features work perfectly from integration to production. 
• Participate in code reviews. 
• Help in continuous improvements of team practices. 
• Cooperate with backend and frontend developers. 

Qualifications

The tech-stack and tools 

• Back-End: TypeScript, Node.JS, NestJS 
• Infrastructure: AWS Beanstalk, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, Lambda 
• Others: Jira, GitLab 

Requirements:  

• At least 2 years of commercial experience working with typescript (frontend or backend) 
• At least 3 years of commercial experience in IT as developer working with web applications 
• Very good command of Polish and English
