SAP FICO Functional Consultant (Remote with Travel to Switzerland)

Location: Mostly remote (occasional travel to Switzerland, expenses paid)

Max Rate: EUR 30/hour

Position Overview:

Join our SAP Implementation team as a FICO Functional Consultant. Lead business workshops, analyze legacy data, manage data migration, and guide development teams through SAP S/4 HANA implementations. Ensure smooth project delivery with a focus on SAP Finance Master & Transaction data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead blueprinting and business workshops
2. Analyze and test data migration (SAP BODS, ADM, S4 HANA Migration Cockpit)
3. Document data migration requirements, mapping, and rules
4. Collaborate with development teams on solution realization
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration

Required Skills:

1. 8+ years SAP Finance experience, 2+ years S/4 HANA rollout experience
2. Expertise in Data Migration for SAP Finance (GL, AR, AP, Assets)
3. Experience with SAP BODS, Syniti, ADM, S4 HANA Migration Cockpit
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
