SAP Business Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating various project topics and tasks within the strategic IT infrastructure and Cloud domain.

·        Project Overview Maintenance: Update and maintain project overviews in SAP Cloud ALM.

·        Reporting & Analytics: Create reports in SAP Analytics Cloud, including end-to-end reporting related to IT infrastructure to Application level (no development skills required).

·        Meeting & Stakeholder Support: Support project meetings, including moderation, minute-taking, and organizing sprint planning sessions.

·        Ticket Management: Track and monitor ticket preparation, ensuring requirements are well-defined and dependencies are considered.

·        Quality Assurance for IT Integration: Ensure qualitative requirements regarding end-to-end cloud infrastructure integration exist in tickets and perform plausibility checks for correct project assignment.

·        Documentation Management: Maintain and update a business-relevant glossary and ensure all required documentation is available.

·        Progress & Risk Analysis: Conduct project progress evaluations and assist in identifying risks.

·        Organizing, moderating and documenting meeting dates between different stakeholders for sprint planning.

·        Success Communication & Reporting: Support the creation of management reports and strategic presentations highlighting IT project success and business impact.

Relevant Skills:

1.      Project Management & Coordination:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, set priorities, and facilitate communication between different stakeholders.

2.      SAP Cloud ALM & SAP Analytics Cloud Knowledge:

Experience with SAP Cloud ALM for project overview updates and SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and analysis.

3.      Analytical & Strategic Thinking:

Strong ability to analyze project progress, assess risks, and support strategic decision making.

4.      Communication & Moderation:

Excellent communication skills to moderate meetings, document discussions, and convey complex topics clearly across teams and organizational levels.

5.      IT Infrastructure & Cloud Knowledge:

Basic understanding of cloud environments, infrastructure planning, and IT service management principles to ensure effective project monitoring.

6.      Documentation & Reporting Competence:

Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and updating reports, management slides, and glossaries to ensure business transparency and quality assurance.
