We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to take the lead in end-to-end product development and cloud-based application delivery. This is an exciting remote opportunity for professionals based in Poland who are passionate about modern software architecture, cloud platforms, and technical leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build, deploy, and scale applications using Google Cloud Platform services (App Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, BigQuery).
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams using Terraform to manage and optimize cloud resources.
• Ensure smooth delivery through CI/CD pipelines, GitLab version control, and rigorous code reviews.
• Drive functional & non-functional testing, debugging, and continuous performance improvements.
• Architect microservices-based enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, resilience, and high performance.
• Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Inspire team members by providing expert guidance, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Own and lead end-to-end delivery of critical projects while ensuring compliance with SLAs, policies, and risk protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in PHP development with a solid grasp of front-end technologies.
• Proven track record in Google Cloud Platform deployments and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, version control (GitLab), and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience leading complex software projects and developing core components or platforms used at scale.
• Ability to design and architect enterprise-grade applications based on microservices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions for various audiences.
• A customer-centric, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
