We're looking for a skilled Kafka Developer to join our dynamic technology team to build, maintain, and optimize Kafka-based solutions powering critical business operations. 🔧 What You’ll Do:

1. Design, implement, and manage complex Kafka clusters including replication, tuning, and upgrades
2. Develop and maintain Kafka producers and consumers using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework
3. Build and integrate REST & SOAP Web Services into Kafka solutions
4. Automate deployments via Ansible CI/CD pipelines
5. Develop Java shell scripts to implement advanced security modules
6. Monitor systems performance and implement trend-based improvements
7. Drive continuous enhancement of Kafka services through automation and innovation
8. Collaborate with both technical and business teams for end-to-end delivery

✅ What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience with Kafka cluster setup, maintenance, and performance tuning
2. Strong development background in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework
3. Solid experience with Kafka messaging systems (Producers/Consumers)
4. Hands-on expertise in Ansible CI/CD and Java shell scripting
5. Excellent knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services
6. Understanding of systems monitoring and performance optimization
7. Ability to communicate effectively in Polish (must-have)
