We’re looking for a detail-oriented Java Application Support Engineer with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, and experience working closely with developers to maintain system stability and resolve production issues.

🔧 Your Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Java & Spring Framework applications

• Troubleshoot and resolve Java-related issues in production environments

• Monitor performance and maintain system stability

• Collaborate with developers to fix bugs and deploy solutions

• Document recurring issues and support procedures

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• 5 to 8+ years in Java application support and development

• Strong grasp of Spring Framework

• Expertise in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning

• Excellent documentation and communication skills
