eLux / Сitrix DaaS Systems Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Thin Client & Virtual Workspace Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. In this hybrid role, you'll play a key part in deploying, managing, and securing thin client environments using eLux, Scout, and Citrix DaaS technologies.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in endpoint management, has a passion for secure digital workspaces, and is comfortable working in a flexible environment with occasional onsite collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deploy, configure, and maintain eLux and Scout solutions, or equivalent thin client technologies
2. Manage endpoint devices, including thin clients, across the organization
3. Design and maintain secure workspaces using VDI and cloud-based infrastructure
4. Administer and update operating systems (eLux and Windows) on endpoint devices
5. Ensure robust endpoint security, protecting sensitive data on client devices
6. Collaborate with virtualization teams to support Citrix DaaS environments
7. Integrate thin client technologies with Citrix DaaS and other virtual desktop infrastructure
8. Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement of client device management practices

Key Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong hands-on experience with thin client solutions (e.g., eLux, Scout)
2. Proficiency in endpoint deployment and management
3. Solid understanding of endpoint and workspace security best practices
4. Experience with Citrix DaaS or similar virtual desktop environments
5. Ability to manage updates and configurations on client operating systems
6. Familiarity with cloud-based workspace platforms and related integration
7. Clear communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a hybrid team setup

Work Arrangement

1. Hybrid model: Onsite presence required 4 days per month, the rest is remote
