Are you a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with a passion for building scalable enterprise solutions? We’re looking for a driven professional with deep experience in Sales and Service modules to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-impact D365 CRM implementations.

🔍 Your Role

As a Senior D365 CRM Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end Dynamics CRM solutions. You’ll work closely with solution architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to bring CRM strategies to life with clean, scalable, and efficient code.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales & Service modules)

• Define and document solution architecture, technical/functional designs

• Build custom plug-ins, workflows, ribbon customizations, dialogs, and integrations

• Write JavaScript validations for CRM entity forms

• Develop SSRS reports and ensure data accuracy across systems

• Configure and deploy solutions for web and mobile (hand-held) platforms

• Utilize Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.) for modern, low-code solutions

• Engage directly with stakeholders and provide technical guidance

• Collaborate in an agile environment with a strong focus on quality and delivery

🧠 What You Bring

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development

• Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Modules in D365

• Experience in solution architecture, technical documentation, and deployment

• Proficiency in .NET, C#, Dynamics CRM SDK, and JavaScript

• SSRS report development expertise

• Deep understanding of CRM extensibility: workflows, plug-ins, dialogs, web services

• Familiarity with Power Platform tools

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders independently

• Experience in the banking domain is a plus
