We're seeking a Blockchain Developer to join our dynamic team on a B2B contract basis in Gdańsk, Poland. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of collaboration and flexibility—with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work per week.

🔍 What You’ll Bring

• ✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT development within complex, mission-critical systems.

• 🔗 Proven experience in blockchain-related projects (EVM-compatible chains preferred).

• 🧠 Strong knowledge of Custody/Self-Custody workflows and infrastructure.

• 🔐 Familiarity with cryptographic primitives (hashing, encryption, signatures, etc.).

• 📊 Expertise in data integration, data quality, and system integration.

• 🛠️ Practical experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• 🌉 Experience in blockchain interoperability is a strong plus.

• ⚙️ Self-driven, quick to learn, with a “get-things-done” mindset.
