Role: C++ Technical Architect

Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite/week)

Type: Contract

Rate: 1700–1800 PLN/day

Language Requirement: Polish – minimum B2

We’re looking for a C++ Technical Architect with 12+ years of experience to join our team in Krakow. If you have a strong background in C++ development, love designing scalable, secure solutions, and can communicate effectively in Polish (B2+), we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Design and build high-performance software solutions and service frameworks in C++
• Define architecture standards and design patterns
• Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure architectural integrity
• Translate business needs into robust, reusable solutions
• Drive technology decisions, security planning, and system optimization

What You Bring:

• 12+ years of C++ development experience
• Proven Technical Architect background
• Strong OOP and design pattern knowledge
• Experience with SOA, Linux/Windows systems, MySQL/Oracle, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Solid understanding of software development tools & methodologies
• Fluent Polish (min. B2 level)
