AI Developer

Principal Responsibilities:

• Develop production-ready machine learning models for content extraction and classification from both image and text-based sources.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and iteratively design effective solutions.
• Work jointly with product managers and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Design, implement, test, and refine new and existing features.
• Build Python-based components leveraging Machine Learning and OCR technologies.
• Take ownership of the full product lifecycle, including deployment, testing, and production support.

Required Experience:

• Proven expertise in Document AI and Intelligent Document Processing using both traditional and generative AI models, with a focus on open-source technologies.
• Strong Python development skills with real-world production delivery experience, especially in the areas of:
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning
• Natural Language Processing
• Generative AI
• Image Processing & OCR
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, SpaCy, OpenCV, and Regex or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of secure coding practices, cybersecurity principles, and building resilient APIs/applications.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with PostgreSQL for data management and storage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including:
• Azure Virtual Machines
• Azure CLI
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Azure DevOps
