Job description:
- Building and maintaining expertise within defined application domain – in terms of both business requirements understanding, as well as architecture and technical details of the solution
- Estimating and planning changes implementation
- Designing, developing and implementing application changes
- Consulting projects and changes led by others, in area of application in focus
- Assisting support teams with solving issues related to application in focus
- Training other people in the organization, building knowledge about application in focus
- Performing requirements and expectations analysis with client
- Maintaining on-going communication with all stakeholders
- Building strong relationship with client
- Testing of the application changes
- Ensuring organization readiness for supporting application after change implemented
Requirements:
- Master degree, related to IT
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good communication in English
- Knowledge of Unix, Oracle (SQL), Weblogic
- At least 2 years of practical experience with BI applications
- Strong leadership and ownership
- Passion for technology
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to details
- Ability to work in team and multi-cultural environment
