DWH Operation Specialist (L2 Support)

👉Let's test it out, we're looking for a person who:

 ✔️have the ability to build and maintain contact with the business, and can easily communicate with both developers and customers

✔️want to participate in the full project life cycle (requirements analysis, design, through construction, testing and implementation, to maintenance and natural development)

✔️have a keen eye for the highest standards of our solutions

✔️liaises and collaborates with relevant stakeholders as necessary

👉You will be responsible for:

✔️the day-to-day execution of applications operation (Snowflake), including incident, service, problem, change, and release management processes

✔️serving as the primary contact for customers, addressing their demands within the established framework and ensuring transparency through reporting key metrics

✔️ensuring compliance with security requirements for assigned applications.

✔️collecting and translating customer feedback into continuous improvement activities

👉A quick tech&exp checklist:

✔️have at least 2-3 years of experience 

✔️have experience in the coordination of Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Development projects

✔️have highly developed social skills and establish relationships easily

✔️know SQL, Data Warehouse architecture

✔️have practical knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL 4 certificate)

✔️have a thorough knowledge of Snowflake and Windows Server

✔️And you speak fluent English

nice-to-have

✔️thorough knowledge of Power BI, AI, Snowflake, Agile/DevOps
