IT Project Manager
Job description:
Project Manager delivers IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget, and with high quality. Delivers projects with a focus on customer satisfaction and coordinates and manages the scope, timing, and budget of multiple concurrent projects. Assists in project strategy setup and project role staffing. Is responsible for the resolution and recovery of troubled projects. Establishes and maintains balance among the project team, sponsors, resource managers, and stakeholders and works with the customer to develop project priorities to achieve desired organizational goals and benefits. Effectively mitigates project risks through risk identification and proactive planning. Manages resource utilization and allocation to ensure all projects have the correct resources assigned with the appropriate skill sets and capacity to deliver a quality product. Effectively communicate project status and key project metrics (KPIs) to stakeholders and customers and across the enterprise as necessary.
Requirements:
First Level University degree and at least 8 years of experience in project management in the software development area
Strong leadership, ownership, and proactiveness
Experience in data warehousing, BI projects
Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
Experience in working with remote teams
Excellent communication in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet project timetables
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and assignments
Ability to work in a multinational environment
The collaborative approach to people, flexibility, and responsiveness
Experience in mentoring junior PMs is welcome
