We expect this in return:
- experience in Project Management in IT industry projects for at least 2-3 years as Project Manager
- good understanding of Project Management principles
- knowledge of various Project Management techniques and methodologies
- hands-on experience with software development process
- pro-active attitude and out of the box thinking
- ability to install and develop team spirit in projects
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- conflict resolution facilitation skills
- fluent English
