We at incubed IT build the bridge between cutting edge mobile robotics and intralogistics. Our Smart Shuttles feel at home in numerous warehouses and production sites worldwide, solving complex transportation tasks autonomously, day by day.
We've been developing freely navigating shuttles for 6 years now and keep meeting exciting challenges in all areas of robotics, starting from motor control and sensor fusion, localisation and navigation, all the way to high-level business logic, fleet management and multi-robot coordination.

As part of the SCRUM team, you will...
  • design, implement, test and document software for autonomous, mobile, intelligent and cooperative shuttles
  • analyze and further improve the Smart Shuttles' behaviour, from a robotics point of view all the way to business logic and user experience
  • work hands-on with various robot platforms
  • investigate new technologies
  • bring in your experience, motivation, skills and creativity
  • collaborate with the development team and product owner to implement projects at an international scope

Skills & Requirements:
  • Solid software development background (university degree or equivalent)
  • A motivated and enthusiastic approach to the area of robotics
  • Ability to collaboratively solve tasks in a team
  • Pleasure in designing and developing sustainable software
  • Strong analytical skills and mathematical foundation
  • Experience in Java and C++
  • Nice-to-have: Understanding of and experience with ROS (Robot Operating System), navigation, path planning, obstacle avoidance, sensor fusion
  • Nice-to-have: experience with computer vision, SLAM, object recognition
  • Ability to work independently, without direct supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
