We need a candidate who is willing to take on the challenge to support the project in the role of leading Business & System Analyst. We want to build a new venture focused on payments processing with the aim to deliver a unique business value to the clients with international operations. Our solution is expected to represent the highest technological, data and security standards as well as to meet clearly defined business objectives of the investors. The project assumes leveraging the fintech friendly regulatory and business environment to meet these objectives.
We would like to cooperate with a candidate who is an excellent business and system analyst, with practical experience in payments-related industry, and passionate about creating new IT solutions to deliver the unique value to the end user.
We believe that the following skills and experience could be success factors:
- practical experience in projects for financial institutions in the field of payments processing in the role of business or system analyst
- familiarity with payments processing solutions and infrastructure related to SEPA transfers, SWIFT transfers, currency conversions
- experience in development team coordination (including testing)
- proficiency in UML and BPMN
- experience in working with Enterprise Architect
- familiarity with SCRUM and design thinking
- analytical thinking and open-minded
- willingness for networking and relationships building
- fluency in English (written and spoken)
Selected tasks and responsibilities:
- gathering and verification of business requirements and converting them to the User Stories (SCRUM) with an adequate level of details
- preparation of solution analysis documentation with reference to business requirements and solution high-level-design document – with focus on system requirements, use cases, use cases scenarios, data model, interfaces, services, technical aspects of communication, errors handling, security, authentication and authorization
- preparation of interface technical documentation for external systems (including validation rules and technical requirements)
- preparation of services documentation (input parameters, output parameters, algorithms) and exemplary input and output data sets
- maintenance, quality assurance and supervision over the analytical documentation repository
- gathering non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, capacity, availability, security, regulatory, usability, interoperability, etc.
- preparation of test scenarios with test cases and coordination of tests (including unit testing and system integration tests) and support in tests automation
- engagement in external IT solutions selection process
- engagement in GUI prototyping and design
- coordination of communication with external IT providers on operational level
- researching new technologies and IT solutions to determine how technology can provide business value and address the risks associated with information security, AML and frauds
- engagement in additional tasks, e.g. user guides preparation, testing, researching, depending on the current project needs
- participation in SCRUM ceremonies of the development team as a team member, close cooperation with Product Owner and IT Solution Architect
All written requirements and documents will be prepared and maintained in English language.
