Job description

As a Front Engineer, it's easy to get 15 job offers. However, it is more difficult to know which company to rely on.

Ignition Program is a 50-person startup that helps you find the right startup position, in the team that will help you develop your skills.

IN BRIEF


Applying to the Ignition Program allows you to reach 1200 startups, selected by us. We work directly with you to find a position that matches your criteria, get you interviews and support you in your positioning. Follow-up continues after you have been hired: we coach you while you take up your position and lead a community of experience-sharing to support your professional development. Basically, we are your agent.

The cost: 35 minutes, the time to create your profile with us. Everything is financed by our startup partners.

Creating a profile: once finalised, our coaches identify the best entrepreneurial talents based on their past experiences and aspirations, and advise others on their areas for improvement. At the same time, we are constantly sourcing startups and positions of high interest, on which we position successful candidates.

Matching: a dedicated coach helps you position yourself on the best opportunities that match your aspirations and helps you prepare for your interviews. Support: we provide you with everything you need to accelerate your professional development. Our experts coach you in your interviews and salary negotiations, in your key professional steps (taking up a job, 1 year, changes), our Crews bring you experience-sharing every 6 weeks, our network becomes your network, and you have access to all our events (free) and our training courses (paid), etc.

PROFILE REQUIRED :

To help you put them forward, here are the elements we seek to identify in a candidate's profile:

  • examples of experiences of strong initiative, of "hands in the dirt".
  • examples of demanding and/or selective environments and results (with figures)
  • examples of taking a step back, making mistakes, making difficult, ambitious, divisive choices
  • Given the stacks of our startup partners, it is essential to know a JS framework.

Once your profile has been identified and retained by our team, we will dig deeper to understand your personality, aspirations and skills.

SALARY :

It all depends of course on your profile and the startup in which we will find you a job! We will give you a market bench and accompany you in your salary negotiations.
